Fall of Rome

The first major operation of the twelve surviving Delta subjects, Fall of Rome was the week-long campaign waged by the American government in November of 2010 that resultied in not only the eradication of several high-level 'terrorist' leaders but the utter destruction of almost all military power in the middle east, effectively crushing all resistance to American occupation in the area. This was the event that marked the Delta project as a resounding success and secured GOVERNANCE's place as a high-level agency within the American Military Structure.
