Sitas and others
So, most of you may have realized that we have a section called Sitas where the currently existing dimensions are located. The primary reason Sitas exists is because it is a convenient section to place the currently existing dimensions. There is an ulterior motive for this, as well.
I've anticipated expansion. As people join and generate worlds, we'll need places to put those worlds. So, universes will eventually become a thing, beyond just simple dimension hopping (the lore already accounts for this).
So, this was my question. It was brought up in the chatbox the other day, but as I see it becoming more and more common in the near future it's a question that bears asking, as well as one that raises a slew of others.
Should we have a limit on the number of dimensions? My knee-jerk reaction is something like no, we should not. As I think about it more I still find myself seeing an immovable limit as something that is not palatable. Then it occurred to me that is not that members can create worlds, it's the potential rate. Too many in a short time can over load the site (right now we're still golden, so don't worry). There was also the point in the Chatbox that dimensions can be shared, and I encourage all of you to inform everyone who joins and wants to create a planet of this that way it can be addressed accordingly.
So, I have two questions I would like the community to answer. In addition to that, other opinions and ideas would be optimal in gaining an understanding where everybody stands on this. My worry about outright denying the creation of new dimensions is the fact that it creates the idea that, "If I destroy this dimension it doesn't exist, thus the spot is open." This creates a competitive environment where one is not designed to exist (because in a place where beings can shatter planets with little provocation, combat balance doesn't exist as interesting a mechanic as that would admittedly be).
1.) Should there be a limit to how many dimensions are in a universe? If so, what should that limit be?
2.) Multiple Universes are a fact of Canon, so it is feasible to have more than just Sitas. How often should we open up new Universes for new dimensions?

1- I don't like to say we should have a limit; but if we must and the whole of the site agrees that we must, I should about, maybe ten.
2- it shouldn't be too often, but I really don't want to see someone create a new universe and get shot down about it because there was already one made prior to it.

I don't like the fact that destroying a dimension is considered an easy thing.

That's my problem too. I don't want to eliminate creativity, and I don't want to limit out expansion because as we get more people we must get larger.
I feel that a Universe should cap out at about twenty, but that's me.
I also think we should do something seasonal with that. Every six months or so, BOOM new universe. Again, this is still a thought and I in no way intend to enforce this at the given moment. Consider this preparation for the future.
If the God/Overseer doesn't interfere then it is an easy thing. Which is largely irrelevant to the given topic in any case.

Astral, we're talking about entire worlds here; protected by gods and other things, it really doesn't seem like it would be easy to me.
And I would think time is a factor of it too, you can't just step in there and say, BLAM, dimension destroyed. You'd have to work towards it; in my opinion.
And 20 is good, Riley XD

Basically what Artless said. The only being that could arguably instantly end a dimension would be a God. I more or less refer to the ease of destroying the planet that particular dimension is focusing on.
